Kittye Kelley

Ms. Kelley is a litigation paralegal performing substantive legal work in the areas of family law, estates, and insurance defense.  Ms. Kelley is compassionate and committed to the clients she serves, prioritizing client relationships and individualized attention to every case.  She possesses an extensive background in research, academic writing, and analysis, and assists Ms. Heffington in all phases of litigation, from its inception through settlement or trial.  She received her Paralegal Certificate from Columbia State Community College and her Advanced Paralegal Certificate from University of Tennessee (Knoxville).  Ms. Kelley is a member of NALA Paralegal Association, serves as a Board member and trained court advocate for CASA of Maury County, and is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Maury.
